In fact just ask the owner of PayPalSucks.com, his site has been proven legal over and over again.

PayPalsucks is legal because its somebody given their opinion of Paypal as it pertains to their own experiences with a company.

As a pre-law student I took an Internet and Law class and domain hosts disputes and squatting was a major part of the class.

We'll run a trademark check on WickedTGP first.

Basically Wicked could make a case that you purposely registered the domain name with the intent to sell it to them....and they could also make the case that you are purposely trying to confuse their customers and that was your original intent.

Your best option is to get a broker to be the go between. I'm sure somebody on here would be more than happy.

I can catagorically say that I had no intent to sell it to them or tried to confuse their customers!! As you can see from a few post ago, I didn't know wickedpictures previously owned the name. Infact I didn't know who wickedpictures where till I googled it.

Anyway, its still for sale if anyone wants it?
