I just want to let everyone one I was doing some research and I found this
hot houston copied lannis web site.. was a bunch of ass holes! I got so angry.. even if its not my web site I personnaly know lanni and thats soo wrong what they did..
so dont promote sex-sells.com or pornstardollars.com who ever designed that web site.. and is managind it..

Looks more like "inspired by" to me. That web design was definatly not "stolen". I see no copyright infringements.

No doubt it's the same template but try contacting Lannie's site owners first, maybe? It's possible that they own both sites or bought a non-exclusive design.

It definately is the same template, but, I don't know if it would actually constitute copywrite infringement... still, too similar to be a coincidence

sorry to break it to you, but if someone sees your design and wants something like it they can.... and there isn't really anything you can do about it unless they right click and save as your entire site.....

Only way to stop people from liking your design and being inspired by it. Would be to make shitty and ugly designs.

Everything in the world is inspired by something someone finds beautiful. What makes you think websites are any different?

Zeina I agree you were given a bit of a rough ride on this one.
But you cant come striaght out and attack someone elses program or site due to the fact they are alike.
Copied maybe but a ripe- off I dont think so.
Take this one as a GFY learning curve and dont take it personel,at the end of the day it really does not matter.
