what deej said.. jon, i don't think deej is bashing you in other thread. if i were you i would gladly accepted his advice. i, personally want to comment on that other thread but i didn't co's deej almost said what i wanted as well.. last time we talked seen improvements of work. much better than the old ones. if i were you i would concentrate on the output/quality you guys can produce. although its your bussiness. just an opinion i hope you won't take it personally. im also curiuos of those designers you have since you have 3 and your rates are much lower than what 3rd world country (i am) would ask for a design. how do you manage that and having a rep. no more drama please
