it is easy to sell content when the content is illegal
I'm thierry owner of MMM100.com and Kemaco, the company that is producing some f the pictures that are on those packs that fantasycontent are "selling"
They have absolutely no right to resell this content wich is the exclusive property of Kemaco
You cna find examples of that content on Kemacostudio web site

This content has been oversold, overexposed , by fantasy content ,
i have contacted them , they said they just "forgot" to pay kemaco for the right to use this content
and since , no news , nobody at fantasycontent is even replying to me anymore.
well , this is not really your problem here at GFY ,
but the thing is , that kemaco will take legal action to whoever is using this content , without a valid license, signed and delivered by Kemaco.
Using content , without the autorisation of the owner of the content is copyright violationComment

Fantasycontent has the legal right to sell content belonging to Kemaco at the moment Kemaco gets payed for this ,
It is 2 month i'm trying to contact somebody at fantasycontent , with no success
I have to come here , on GFY , putthis public , to get some answers , but still no money
The contracts beetween Kemaco and fantasy content are clear , fantasy content is a broked, and is suposed to pay Kemaco a part of the sales
It is easy to make good prices and good offers when you are not paying what you are selling !
Last but not least , i run MMM100.com since 12 years now, i'm a well known webmaster , old school, MMM100 is a bit down since a few cause we are now mostly shooting content and a bit out of the TGP business, but , as a the owner of one of the biggest and oldest TGP around, a lot of big webmasters know me , and can tell that since the very beginning of internet, i'm here, honest , making no troubles , and always working the way it should be without fucking around,
I would not come here, and critize a deal i have with fantasy content, if that deal wouldbe cool for me , and if they would pay me the way it shoud be !
Fantasy content is selling my content, they are selling it illegal way , since untill now i'm not getting payed for this .
So Tracy might be in the moddle of a shoot (long shoot ! ) it is 2 month that i'm waiting , and i'm not waiting anymore,Comment

sorry it took so long to reply it was an extremely busy day...none of our customers who bought the content packages we sold have anything to worry about. thierry before you go posting in a public forum you should read our agreement that you signed and sent to us along with your content because as you stated it is very clear:
3. Content Rights/Ownership
3.1 Provider hereby assigns to Fantasy Content all rights, title and interests in all content submitted.
3.3 Fantasy Content customers will receive a lifetime license to use the Content bought at their discretion within the terms of Fantasy Content?s license agreement. Fantasy Content will always own the license agreement sold to their customers. Even in the event of this contract terminating. Fantasy Content?s customer account information will never be shared with the Provider at anytime (including but not limited to name, business name,
address, websites, email address, etc).
3.4 ...Submitted Content becomes the property of Fantasy Content for but not limited to marketing, selling, collecting payments or other promotions.

Ok, Fantasy content let's do this I would like my money back and I will not use any of the content that I bought. Half of the zips were corrupted anyways and once you have all this sorted out then we can do business again. So far I spent $210.00 and you can either send it back or I can open a dispute through PayPal and get your acount frozen.

I use paypal, I prefer it over every other payment method, but seriously, wait for a minute and see if this battle between fantasy and mmm100 plays out...even if it plays out bad for fantasy I think we still have legal right to use the content
