    Am I the only one who does not like to buy DVDs?

    I mean I got a few from when I first moved into my house and did not have cable, and a couple of movies that I could watch over and over.

    I just don't understand the people that go out and buy dozens or hundreds of movies just to watch once.
    Especially at $15 - $20 or more for box sets.

      I have 2 bought dvd's... I got both as a gift.
      I don't have time to watch movies, if I do.. I just rent a flick.
      ..and I'm off.

          I have around 30-40 dvds. I re-watch most of them when I'm in the movie mood.

              I've never bought one. I have a handful I've received as gifts but that's it. Netflix is my friend

                      we get most of our dvds for under $10. there are only a few box sets that we get but those are must haves!

                              if there's one thing i miss doing is watching DVD's
                              have been a busy 2-3 weeks on some big projects

                                      i never download movies, i always goto the theatre. but i rent, never downloaded and copied tho.

                                              I have about 25 DVDs that I've bought over the past 6 years or so. In my opinion there are only about 25 movies worth owning that were ever made.

                                                  I have about 300 dvds.

                                                  I am very moody when I want to watch something, and my collection is large enough that I can always find it.

                                                  Great movies like 12 Angry Men, I will watch 20 times before I am on the other side of the grass.
