not exactly. if you read their terms carefully, unless they have changed since beta, it says that e-mail messages can be archived and a human editor may at one point in time read through SOME (not necessarily yours) to ensure that the ads are in agreement with the content.

this is why i never bothered with beta. perhaps now they've changed that in their tos.

besides that... this is as much news as saying bush invaded iraq....
