Now THAT's a webmistress!!!

I don't feel that is a proper definition of webmaster or webmistress.
If someone can make 6 figures a year from just promoting affiliate programs on-line whether it's through submitting or owning tgp's or whatever it is you do, I think that makes you a successful webmaster/webmistress.
Even if you can't code html by hand, as long as you still know how to get traffic and convert it, that's good enough. just use wysiwyg. dont matter if the code is fucked up, as long as it works and u make money.
No point in knowing how to set up servers if you can't make a lot of money promoting sponsors. A lot of people with technical knowledge still cannot make money or don't know how to sell.
What's the point of knowing how to code shit if you can't sell?
