I would say - if you don't want to pay $750 VISA reg fee then Vertole & MVC is best solution. If $750 reg. fee is not an issue then CCBill / Paycom for cc processing .. but of course...
I would also recommend look into adding online checks - cheaper the cc and faster set up then cc.

My ratios are far better with ccbill than they were with paycom. I guess its just my traffic. I use paycom as a secondary and they are adequate.
Bite the bullet and pay the $750 visa fee. You can easily get a paysite going with under $5k these days that does decent numbers. $750 should be added on top of that.
