Actually, I have one thing to say about the securities in that situation.

They did what they were trained to do. They were not purposely wrecking anyone's party. All of my securities at any event I ever do are trained to consider the well being of every guest and avert liability. With all of us drinking all day for so many days straight, there is a reason they don't want our drunk asses in the pool. They don't want any of us to drown. It's not hard to do. Even me, as stupid as I get, I have programmed myself over the years to listen to the sober securities in charge. When they grab me by the arm and make eye contact with me when I get out of control, I listen. They are the fail safe of the event. They will let you have fun, but they won't let you put yourself in danger or the venue. I really liked the staff and security at the hardrock. In my opinion as a promoter and event guy, they are the most tolerable staff I've ever dealt with. Very professional. One thing to keep in mind is when you think they are trying to wreck your game, they really aren't, they are merely professional babysitters for those of us that may end up going to far in the moment.
