I have a friend whose little daughter about 10 was in Islamabad. After he divorced she got custody and fell in love with an Arab guy and moved their with his daughter.

N.K kills off entire families if one member does something wrong.. Kids are left to starve on the streets because the food aid we give them gets sold by the N.K. govt on the black market. When Katrina happened people from the States were screaming that the world wasn't paying enough attention despite the fact they were sending massive amounts of money and so when something happens outside of the USA those people go 'NOW who isn't looking?!'. However, I am sure there are more there who had sons and daughters in the USA, Canada and the UK and who had no grudges.
