Some dude named 'Ezekial' (yeah, people name their offpsring that everyday) from Amsterdam wants to buy the $12k boat I advertised for sale online. But being the nice guy he is - is sending me a cashier's cheque for $40k and trusts me to give the rest to his "shipper" when he arrives to pick up the boat.

I don't own a boat.
