    I'm good to go!!!

    Healthy again...a reminder to men in their 20, 30's....get up from the computer every hour or so & walk around etc. Apparently its not good on your prostate

    I went through a week of hell with a catheder (got it out today) OUCH!, & trust me you don't want that.

    Healthy lifestyle for now on, & taking breaks, even though theres much work to be done for the sake of my manhood.

      Damn, man that's gotta hurt. My dad has been putting in a catherdar once a day for the past 3 years due to having his prostate removed. He says it still hurts like hell.
