Starting a new single girl paysite

This is the second time I'm going to try to pull this. The first one was a mess, the girl was too unstable and I dont even want to talk about it.

Now this girl is a lot smarter and older, and she really wants this to happen. The only problem is she wont show her face, this is Portugal and noone ever went that far. The good news is we dont have any competition. So I'll make even without showing her face, she will wear a mask all the time.

I dont want to make any noob mistakes, so I'll ask you a few questions.

I'm planning to use CC Bill Europe. I dont find anything about it on the website, but I think I have to pay $1500 to use Visa, right? Is that a one time payment? And can I use it on multiple sites after I pay once?

Can anyone show me a template for the contract between webmasters and models on single girl sites? I want to have at least a 2 year guarantee that the site will be online and updated, even if she wants to shut it down.

Is there anything else that I should be worried about? Any help is welcome.

Do your self a favor, and take the advice that the people give here. It is not a personal attack.

Get an attorney first. he will help with all of the legal end. Then find another model. and then call CCBILL, and ask them your questions.

That is a nice dream, but impossible in Portugal. If I could find such a girl, she would be but ugly. There is noone doing a really portuguese porn site, so showing her body is better than showing nothing. And she will do a lot of board posting, chat, and webcam. Ok that's a good question. I actually made something like that once. But I think nothing can replace an actual live girl that will post on sex boards, chat with members, etc, etc... I can see that hiding the face is a big problem, but I can also see the big advantage of having the only girl with a paysite in my country.

Keyra Augustina has the most famous ass in the world, and I cant even remember if I ever saw her face.

I said it before, I'll try to explain it again. Just because I'm asking for advice doesnt mean I'll take everything you throw at me as the way to go, nor that I dont have my own oppinion. And most of all, I wont drop it because the whole GFY doesnt think it can work.
