seagal may be an idiot, but he is really a martial arts expert. He was on the cover of Blackbelt magazine in the 70s. He may wear a rug, but he knows what he is doing when it comes to aikido. He only became a movie star because he was Michael Ovitz's aikido instructor.Comment

bruce lee is and was a total joke. watched one of his movies over the weekend, no clue what it was called, but his fight "moves" were horrible, his fight coreography was HORRIBLE, i mean it was robotic, very poorly done, none of his stuff works in a real fight, his acting was beyond pathetic, i mean really really terrible. that guy couldnt whip his way out of a wet paper sack in the real world or in a mma tournament.Comment

See the thing with Aikido is, even if you are fat and porkly, you an still whoop someone's ass. That style doesn't depend on strength, speed or flexibility, but the manipulation of one's opponent. Watch Segal's movies, you'll see that Aikidio is based on using your opponents moves to hurt themselves. Segal could severly hurt you if you weren't super careful.
