Being program and traffic/tgp owners as well, I can honestly say that we've worked with TCG/LD, Jay and crew on various levels for the last couple of years and they are the epitome of a great programs, fantastic support and 'can do' mentality going above and beyond the standards.

I'm having hard time believing that a program representative doesn't have the decency to add an affiliate to his/hers contact list, and at the same time doesn't know how the spam filter in ICQ functions. Result? Frustrated affiliate and threads like these.

And once again: ICQ doesn't "leave out" msgs, its theirs spam filter that does that, because people use to send more than 4-5 msgs in a minute, something like:

1. hi
2. how are you
3. listen
4. I got a problem
5. <problem description>

Something like the above sample, and its detected as spam.

If she added him to hers contact list, or turned the spam filter off (icq preferences) there would be no such problem

No matter how mad you are at a person, try contacting the program owner first to let them know that their rep is not being too helpful. I know how frustrating it can be, but sometimes it's better to have tact and patience than to fly off the deep end on a public forum.
