    I need some info for LA...hotel and etc....

    I'm thinking about coming to LA for the week of Labor Day.

    is that a good time of year for LA?

    should I fly into Burbank instead?

    what's a decent hotel go for in LA nowadays?

    Any good hotel suggestions?


    This is gonna be a total tourist trip, me and the wife renting a car and seeing all the sites.

          burbank is much easier to get in and out of. as for hotels, shit there are too many to choose from.

              i did my thing, but i'm a settled down man nowadays. My wife has never been to the west coast and she loves touristy stuff so I thought LA would be the perfect choice.

                  Since you're doing the tourist thing....

                  Burbank & Universal City Hilton......

                  Universal Studios plus it puts you right on the freeway for easy access to beaches, Six Flags, Disneyland, and about 5 to 10 minutes from Hollywood.....All while avoiding downtown LA.

                                  Stay on the west side. One of the hotels in Sata Monica would be nice because it is cool, cleaner air, and the beach is just steps away.

                                  The Hollywood area will be a stinky hot house in another month.

                                  Stay the fuck away from downtown LA.

                                                                                      I would go with burbank for sure . . got a motel around the corner from that is about $80 per nite or something like that . . safe area and close to universal etc . . studio city . . stay west of coldwater canyon . . on ventura blvd
