American tourists don't need a visa. However, you will need a business or press visa to be able to use a camera for commercial use :-) as it is in the rest of the EU.

im aware of that, i got my "stamp" with no exit date.....

technically im employed by a company out of london, as where my cash is deposited into a bank account....

on another note, i figured i would need that visa in order to shoot, thanks for the advice

that is not 100% true. you are only allowed to stay in romania for 90 days out of every 180 days. i used to just go to bulgaria every couple of months to get my stamp re-done, but techinically its not the legal way

now i got a hook up in the immigration department though that takes care of me. god bless corruption
