i have 1200 submitters now and there really isnt a point in adding more, if i dont have the space to list the galleries each day..

we get a few spots that come open if someone leaves the business, or if i decide to delete some cheaters..

We don't have prefered submitters, we want to give everyone the same chance. Chances on a listing totally depends on the gallery you send: Does it have a good ratio ads/content, is the focus on the content, is the quality of the content ok, isn't the content overused, is it original content, etc...
99% of all good galleries get listed, some are put on the overflow when they're ok, but there are already too many listed of that certain niche.
