Anyone use a tens unit for back massage?

I'm thinking of getting one. I get some lower back pain after aikido and some one said they used a tens unit.

Get an EMS unit. Tens if for nerves to reduce pain. EMS is to repair the muscles and make them stronger. I have an EMS unit and the whole rugby team borrows it frequently.

My best friend is a chiropractor and she has all those gadgets. She used it on my dad's ankle one time but he said he couldn't tell the difference. She told him he was just being a stubborn jackass, lol.

Had one and used it for a disk that had slipped out of my spine. It strenghtened the mussles around my spine enough that it slipped the disk back in. Now I use it occasionally for pain. About an hour or two and I'm good to go.

I found a place that sells them here in Dallas. I'm going to buy one, it's only $80.
