Those local standards per the Miller obscenity ruling are a bitch. Move to SF, LA, or some other more liberal counties. Of course, even LA County can still subject you to obscenity charges (see the Max Hardcore 3 year case)

I would imagine this dude is having problems with the extreme section on sex... Like bottle insertions, etc...

His other problem is that he allows nude pics from beaches where many of the images have models with unverifiable dates...

In another section he has pics posted where guys try to get a pic up a chicks skirt using a camera phone (which is illegal to do)...

I think the extreme amateur portions of his website are what is getting him into trouble... He really should editorialize most of this website. Look at all of the major TGP's that take submissions... ALL submissions are screened before being allowed to be posted. This guy should have taken a cue from them.

very likely , but shouldn't everyone have to have the same standards,, everyone knows the same pictures can be found on google, yet they hide behind the fact it would be a "burdon" to screen every image, making the service impossible to run, well the same could be said for his site.

Im no Bush lover but this wasnt the feds it was local and the locals have a history of going after this shit. all the content was submitted by people, it was amateur ex girlfriend pics, i knew chris , he was a good guy. they say its not cause of the iraqi. if its cause of the exgirlfriend type stuff. all of that is not his, it was submitted by users. kinda funny it just happened after the cnn interview.
