Not really, that's more "solo masturbation". Granted in some aspects it has qualities of "hardcore", however we typically categorize by the most appropriate niche, rather than trying to squeeze something into a different niche that it isn't typically known for. Like, if you put a midget into a hardcore scene, you'd want to classify it as "Midget" to get the most targeted traffic for it, if you put "Hardcore" in there, it will get quickly lost.
