Thousands of Kids die each year in the US because they drown in a swimming pools - By your logic the US needs to Ban the pools ?
Thousands of Americans die in auto accidents each year because they were in small cars - Ban small cars ?
Guns are "NOT" legal in Washington DC but they have thousands shot by guns every year. This is the same in Detroit, New York and many other cities
so have some fucked up law against guns isn't going to save anyone !
