"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Being able to buy hand guns and bullets at the local Grand Union without a permit or registration (such as in Virginia) does not constitute a "well regulated Militia", as is stated in the 2nd amendment in the Bill of Rights.
