Please Help - My server is down [httpd (1.3.37 (Unix)) failed]

I clicked on "Apache Update" in WHM yesterday, and updated it. After the update I got the message "httpd (1.3.37 (Unix)) failed"

After that all my sites went down, and are still down. I received like 100 emails from my server with the message:

"httpd failed @ Wed Apr 18 10:46:21 2007. A restart was attempted automagicly."

    What to do???

If anyone here helps me get my sites up I will send you $100 bucks epassporte directly!!!

Nope! httpd.conf had an invalid group in 1 of the vhost containers which
is why apache exited upon restart. Fixed that and then restarted apache.

This is exactly what I told the guy right away after it was fixed. No secret
or mysterious things were made up to make it look complicated. His logs
will confirm exactly what I just said above

                  Sorry kids no drama here
