Do you all hang out regularly together? Gonna take some serious bonding time between the girl and your wife I would think.. You need plausible deniability.. The third girl has to be the ones to make moves on your wife, while you act none the wiser;) She needs to take baby steps and start out small, but over time things start to escalate.
