Brad I've been thinking the same thing. I have the opportunity to rent the office space that I currently work part time at with my friend doing computer tech support at the end of May. $300/month rent and no utilities makes it very tempting. If I can get him to throw in some of the desks we have I just might do it.
Gotta talk with my accountant as far as hiring an employee and see what taxes I will have to pay on their wages etc, or if I can just hire them as a contract worker to avoid those taxes.
