I've always said love and hate the same emotion 5 minutes apart.

The same fuel that makes love burn so strong also can fire up the hate. If you feel so strongly about someone that you love them, then whatever it is in them that makes you love them can also bring you to hate them. I may never be that way, the potential is there.
