The PS3 has come with HDMI from the start. The PS3 you can replace the hard drive with any SATA notebook drive. The so called Elite still doesn't come with wi-fi. So add another $100 if you want that and no HD-DVD player add another $200. Not much of a bargin if you ask me. If you want to have portable storeage you can use Memory Stick, SD, CompactFlash. PS3 outputs all the way to 1080p, 360 does not. Also you can use a USB keyboard and mouse with it. Especialy helpful if you decide to surf the net with your PS3.
