Granted in some aspects it has qualities of "hardcore", however we typically categorize by the most appropriate niche, rather than trying to squeeze something into a different niche that it isn't typically known for. Like, if you put a midget into a hardcore scene, you'd want to classify it as "Midget" to get the most targeted traffic for it, if you put "Hardcore" in there, it will get quickly lost.
