I would say that it depends on your respective careers in the industry and how much your business duties cross the lines into normal relationship boundaries. If you're both tgp or program owners I can see there being a competitive conflict. If one is a performer/content and the other isn't, I can see there being jealousy issues. If both people can overcome those issues, no problem.

I've done both. Dating IN the industry is beneficial in so many ways because the other person understands what you do, and knows you're not just rudely "playing" on the computer all day. You're very mature, level headed, smart, and socially refreshing so you should have no problems with something like this.
