              make sure you keep $35 in your account, the new card will be mailed to you but you can't use it before the old one expires (I believe)

                  With the epass card you can take cash out of ATM's right? I'm considering getting one, although I don't know if I should because I dont think they will be around much longer

                                  keep $35 in your account and just wait , the card renews automatically . You should receive the new card by the time the old one expire .
                                  Then just activate the new one .
