Is this a joke? You bought a program with a HORRIBLE repuation, you maintain frequent contact with the previous owner, give them access to parts of your system, and even have them relay information on to others about impending legal action.
When you acquire another company, you acquire their debts and reputation. There may be some dumb as shit webmaster out there who will sign up for you guys, but you're not fooling anyone with an IQ over 50 on this board.
