Ok... but see... most people wouldn't "react" and "expect action" on a message board. C'mon. The guy seems crazy, I almost feel sorry for him. Telling him to leave you alone isn't going to do shit, as you already know.
I had a friend in a similar situation once... well, minus the whole sex charade... and his ex stalked him for over a year. It was crazy. I couldn't even tell you how many fun nights she ruined by showing up.
Get the TRO. If he continues to "stalk", the judge will issue a full restraining order. If he continues to break it... guess what happens?
