Why are mods deleting threads?

I remember a time when a mod lost his mod rights after doing this same thing.

I have to agree with you AaronM, I have a HUGE problem with mods on here censoring posts because of bazaar sexual relationships, threesomes, breakups, love triangles, or whatever the hell else may or may not have ever occurred amongst the administration.

Anyone else's fucked up sex life wouldn't lead to deleted threads.

This is the adult industry, and free speech should be the #1 consideration, and it should be taken VERY seriously.

This is a public forum much in the same way that the library is a public place.

Anyone is free to come and go as they please, but if they're too loud or causing a problem, they get removed.

Also, they can choose to ban any book they wish, close when ever they wish and enforce any rules they wish to appease the majority.

That's how a public place is run... according their own rules.

A public library is run and owned by the people. Because it is a goverment facility, it belongs to all of the people. A Librarian, for instance, can not make a rule that "AaronM" is not allowed to read books in the library.

A private message board, even if it belongs to a publically traded company, is not owned by all of the people and can as a result make a rule that "WarChild" may not post on said board, if desired.
