Surprise surprise, Fling is using more of my copyrighted content

How many fucking times is this going to happen?

This is the third time I've caught Fling using images of Bailey (http://promos.fling.com/geo/custom/i...fKI41_20_m.jpg) on their promo page and the second time in the last couple days that they've had public complaints of this.

And for the record, yes, I once again tried to contact people at Fling to get this resolved before making a thread, obviously to no avail.

"User submitted" or not, this is ridiculous. If you want to use my models to promote your dating program let me know and we can work out a licensing deal, otherwise please stop using my copyrighted content.

Regardless of how it got there, I made them aware of it and they still haven't removed it. This isn't the first time this has happened to me or other solo site owners.

Dating sites promo tools always include tons of pornstar and solo girls for some reason...

We have a free dating sites with undreads of thousands of profiles and we rarely bump on pornstars beeing used for fake profiles. So why would anyone pay $30 a month and put up a pic of a pornstar ? (unless they want to spam a solo girl site or something).

In 95 % of the instances, it must be the program itself using theses attractive girls for their promo stuff, they just blame it on the user.

Its not Fling, but spammers stealing your content as I'm sure you can find it on MySpace, Match.com, AFF, or any other large site that has female profiles. We've had a few of our models show up on there and they always removed the accounts in a very timely manner...

Yeah, I am more pissed at the fact that it takes them two or three days to remove my content, even after repeated occurences, than it actually being there. Of course it being there in the first place sucks too, but if they would remove it, or at least answer their email or ICQ to let me know they will get around to it, I would be less angry at the whole situation.
