i have been designing paid Hun Listings for people for 4+ yeatrs.

clients use my graphics and make templates for 30 days use on TGPs. this link above was a gallery I designed and then client filled in with content.

I have been working with paid hun spot buyers for a long time. that gallery was edited by client so its a little sloppy, but i did it originally

Sweet Fletch... guess you have clients with more money to afford Hun listings, and pay you a very small % of what their costs are.

I was merely portraying that Tom has the same look and quality, in reference to someone commenting that basically "his designs look like shit" - so you should yell at them too Fletch, because they'd be insulting you as well.

Regarding him having money to put food on his table; yeah, single parent, for his 2 children? Yeah, I'd put my children ahead of paying a hosting bill too, even if it was in my every intention of making good on whatever amount I might owe to whomever, but I'm not in debt to anyone, except for a loan which I don't have to paid back yet.

ALL of my messages were for you to contact Tom to resolve and figure out a way for him to pay you back. ALL OF THEM.

You overreacted and were an asshole to me, same as DrinkingHard/DrinkingMODerately/DrinkingHarder, except you didn't act horribly towards me or threaten to make sure any and all businesses of mine fail.

And your "HAHAHAHAHAH" just shows you were quick to respond, in haste, it's a bad idea to do that; it's a worse idea to misread / misinterpret what someone says.

Also, the contacting issue goes two ways, if you never contacted him until posting in this thread, and he only contacted you at 11 PM last night, then you're both equally at fault in my opinion for not resolving this sooner, or trying to resolve this sooner. It's not hard to get in contact with Tom.

Nysus I have to disagree with you.

I read Brad's whole post and he's nothing more than a business man who even gave him the benefit of the doubt for a LONG while. There are limits.

Isn't that apart of business? Collections for non-payment? That's up to Brad to initiate; yes, it would have been better for Tom to initiate it sooner, though I don't know when he did in the past, if Tom did contact him in the past ever, but you don't know all of Tom's circumstances, Brad might, but I'm not going to state them here, as they're private..

Sorry if I'm mistaken if collections is apart of business.. but pretty sure it is. Doesn't mean you go to a collection's agency, but contacting the person owing doesn't hurt; perhaps Brad did and was ignored, but I highly doubt that from Tom.

Say what you like - you're the only person in here who seems to think I'm in the wrong - not even Tom will say that. Dude, you jumped the gun and were owned. Suggesting that I should have contacted him "sooner" - give me a fucking break, I'm owed serious loot there is no need to chase it down he's never not known that he's owed me. Anyways, let's help Tom sell some design work so I can get paid!
