    hello everyone
    im looking for a site that tells me when a sponsors have update on their content
    or a script or program

    any help on the subject is aprecciated.

          That's one is good, but only for FHG's.

          I'm also looking for a place which lists new programs/sites of different sponsors. That would be a real time safer. I currently scan the "spam" boards for these kind announcements.
