    Websites and risks of lawsuits

    I have been planning on starting a hardcore as well as softcore reality site for some while. Just curious, even after you have crossed all your t's and i's, what are the risk of lawsuits and obscenities problems. What can you recommend one do to minimize these issues. thanks.

          Keep meticulous records, make damn certain you have no under 18 content, hire a lawyer who is familiar with your local laws, especially as they pertain to adult and obscenity, as well as 2257 laws if you have anything at all to do with the US.

          Due diligence is a very subjective term.
