hi TeenCat, first let's clarify something, I am a girl, therefore I don't have balls, neither mirrored, nor shaded, much less blurred.

As for my second entry and the symbols, again I don't see anything mirrored there, there is just one "ball" in each symbol unlike some of your entries where I counted 3 "balls" btw.

But I am not posting this to criticise anything, actually I think some of your entries are really nice. The reason for my post is cos for the first time a fellow designer is criticizing my work (well, almost). I design logos for years now and none of them is "nothing saying". In this case, the logo is saying exactly what is the purpose of the website, which is global online information that you can access. The "balls" are a symbol for global, I figured anybody would see that and definitely a designer should, since we are using these symbols almost every day. Thanks for the opportunity to explain my symbol, I didn't thought it was necessary, I'll keep in mind to do it more often. Good luck and keep up the good work.
