People confuse the constitutional right of "Freedom of Speech" with employers being able to fire you for wiping your ass the wrong way. You aren't protected from someone firing you for saying something by the constitution, you're protected from the government passing laws against your right to free speech.

Yet another situation where it gets to totally cutting freedom of speech. So what, his comment was offensive. It's obviously "ok" when one black person calls another black person a "fucking black piece of black shit ho", but when a white guy comes out a bit against the taste buds of the black community it's a public outcry? Give me a fucking break. Same goes for any race when it's about slurs against white people,...it's all ok then, cause we sure don't have a voice that's heard anymore.
