I saw that and wondered why it was closed as well. I tried to get one of those and it wasn't free. At least I was directed to a payment page. And I couldn't figure out where I was supposed to enter the promo code to get it for free. Maybe that has something to do with it.

you have to enter billing info
it is setup at the moment not to bill your credit card

Well it was mentioned pretty clearly in the original post that the payment page was in test mode and not a live page.
