Yeah, my cat is far too timid to even attempt climb into that.

We had to take the plastic flap off her current litter box because she was too scared of it, and wouldn't use it...

Same here!!! We taped the plastic flap to the top of the box otherwise they wouldn't go in!

hmmm I spent 150 bucks on them littermaid ones with the claw that scoops the shit up and puts it into a tray, the cats were scared at first but they didnt take long to mark there spot. sure enough the fucking thing sucks... middle of the night I hear the thing start and than it gets stuck, it keeps on trying and .... bang its unstuck and I now got cat shit half way across my kitchen. we tried all kinds of litter, same thing happened.

I sold it to some lady on the newgroup, when she left with it, I laughed pretty hard just thinking about seeing her face as the cat shit goes flying.

funny you should post this. I JUST got this, its been about a week, and its the best I have ever used! littermaid just fucking sucks, I have bought 2 and they both broke and fuck up after a while. one of my cats didn't go in it at first, but now he does. you just have to leave the old litterbox so it gets smelly and they use the new one.
