Just go to ifriends.com. You can always work for both IMLive and Ifriends as well. I've seen chat hosts that do that. I would have thought it was frowned upon though.

Second choice would be iFreinds. A big operation, but then I look at the checks that come in every week. If you do either one hit me on ICQ, would luv to promote individual (esp couples too) webcam models.
