I think Public Executions are proper for these type of crimes. You let the public view it so wannaba and current killers and rapist can see what's in store when they get caught... Talk about food for thought

a 25 years old male was wipped a 100 time and sentenced to death after the court found him guilty of killing and raping more than 22 kids in the age of 7-14 which he confessed of doing this crime and showed the court where the bodies were burried.
the excytion was in public so the crowds were all over the place
