Our system DOES allow mobile (cell) owners to buy a subscription for a time duration of your choosing.
Once he enjoys the content, the billing clock is no longer ticking. He "buys time".
Such is not suited for billing $40 (monthly) subscriptions, but it is a great way to bill for daily memberships or trials.
