Constantly. I've reported it to datinggold, directly to Allan as it could be a rogue affiliate; they ignored it. Just send it into myspace, they'll pull the profile immediately.

it's a different profile each time.. they got some good myspace spamming software, no way for myspace to stop it.

never received spam from AM i did receive some spam in the past from a AFF affiliate who was using little april content telling me to come chat with them..

Yeah, its all over myspace. Tom made a post about 2 weeks ago saying they were getting a bunch of new lawsuits together and are working on filtering it out in the meantime.

I have gotten profile spams from AFF, Cams.com, Dating Gold sites, SexSearch sites, and a few sologirls sites, and then dozens of mainstream dating sites.

So like I said, getting my spam software now ;)

As far as I know Myspace friend invites are not spam nor are they illegal, however we still terminate affiliates that get complaints and are known to target such areas.

Please forward them to [email protected] or [email protected]

The important thing is to create a record of the complaints lodged to amateurmatch.com / datinggold so when the shitstorm comes they can't feign ignorance and blame it on a 'rogue russian webmaster'.

It hasn't been proven to be illegal yet, but MySpace is suing several affiliate programs over such allegations including CPAEmpire. If you want a copy of the court documents and their allegations (they're seeking up to $50/infringement in damages), let me know. Like I said though, it hasn't been proven yet, but I wouldnt want to be the one to set a precedent either

I doubt that, unless he has another names he can get paid under. We terminated his actual DatingGold account not the myspace profile as we cant control that.
