Depending on how much traffic you have sent them, it could just be an anomolie. If you're not a piece of shit, thieving affiliate, you should attempt to call them and discuss your account if you can get any support. Just keep some humility during the process and show them where all of your traffic is coming from.

One of my good friends got cancelled by SIC Cash once a year or two ago - it just turned out that he didn't do a lot of volume and one retarded AOL customer literally signed up four times in a row and wasn't caught by their fraud scrub (or their processors) and that flagged the account for cancellation. SO, with some decent communication it got fixed.
