It's Been More Than a Week..

hiyah.. i've been submitting galleries for more than a week now... and as expected, i've still got no sales.. i'm using advance submitter by the way..

got around 30 MGP sites that i regularly submit to.. including pinkworld.com but listed only once with them.. the rest are free submissions..

    my questions are..
    - how can i make my traffic grow?
    - are free submissions just wasting my time and i should buy more paid partner MGP accts??

your pointers or comments are greatly appreciated..

    thanks.

    Hey PornFact!

You can't say after just one week of submitting your galleries if things work or not. Keep in mind that some of the tgps have a backlog of over a month to review, so it takes time to get listed (supposed you've created fine original galleries that don't contain any dirty tricks).

Keep in mind that gallery traffic isn't the best converting. You might be lucky if between 1 or 2 % of your gallery visitors click on your links and/or banners. From that point on you still have to try to generate a fine conversion which can range from 1:150 to 1:1500 depending on what niche you offer, how great looking your tour is, if you offer trials or not, etcetera.

If you want to get listed faster, then paid submit passes might be a nice solution, but then again I think you still must understand what you're doing. If you want to continue with mgps I would advice you to keep posting daily through AdvancedSubmitter for at least 3 months and look in between a couple of times which kind of sites work for you (getting good conversions) and which don't and focus more and more on promoting the ones that bring in the money.

Another way to get listed faster and getting better quality traffic is by concentrating more on building free- and avs-sites. In general, they generate less traffic compared to tgps, but the conversions to sales are usually better.

Just keep two things in mind: don't give up submitting and don't expect instant succes. If you keep up (and also don't remove all your old work) your income definately will grow over the upcoming months.

    Good luck!

    E.J.
