i live in the wrong market for the solar and windmill stuff. i am about 2-3 years too early for that idea anyways, so i am just doing it on the web. ( currently under construction) hasnt failed or succeeded yet cause we havent went live.
i have failed at a few reality sites
a half ass attempt at a msg board ( still live but creeping along due to no time to promote it )
a few bad realestate deals just bad judgement
a partnership in a restarante that failed miserably
thats all i can think of right now... thats pretty much it
