This shit is burnin a hole in my virtual pocket. Real Estate is not so great anymore unless you work your butt off and I am kind of lazy. So what should I buy. It does not have to be an investment. It can be just for fun. got the boat, got the car, even bought an XBox 360.. now what? any ideas?

Even if it doesn't need to be real estate--it could be. And no, you don't have to work your butt off if you buy a condo that is professionally managed by the homeowner's association. New condos are the way to go. AND . . . you obviously get the tax deduction on mortgage interest--something self-employed people just gotta have. If you rent, you need to buy.
However . . . for non-investment . . . why not spend some money trying to learn how to fly airplanes?
Why not buy business class tickets instead of the cheapest out there?
And most of all . . .
. . . why not learn about wine and build a cellar?I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I wish I was drinking wine instead. -
